Since all our products are made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for different sizes or colors.

However, we want you to be happy with your purchase!

• Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll gladly offer you a replacement or a full refund. We may ask for a photo of the item to help us improve.

• Issues with Delivery:

  • Carrier Error or Invalid Address: If your order is returned to us due to an error by the shipping carrier or an incorrect address you provided, Wilem Art will be happy to reship it to you.

  • Missing Orders: If you haven't received your order, please let us know within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
